Wow - I hadn't seen this photo. I really like the point of view - - and the fact that we can see so many frosting options! Very nice!

I'm sorry your sauce met with failure. I've been looking up highbush cranberries on the internet and from what I understand American Highbush are delicious when made into sauce but the European are dreadful. They are impossible, apparently, to tell apart except by taste. You might have gotten the European Highbush. I'm making sauce up right now and hope I have the American kind, otherwise I guess the foot smell is all for naught.

Excellent tips! I have two meadows full of it - the monarchs do love it. Next summer, I am harvesting the pods and drying out the stems for the bast in there. I will save the seeds, and anyone who wants seeds can email me. Just pay for the shipping (probably just a stamp) and I'll send them out.

Wow Meg - great post! I never really saw a company as a person, and I like that point of view! Very insightful. It's also very refreshing to read about someone's job and see PASSION in between the sentences.

I look forward to hearing more about it, and perhaps one day, being part of that environment!
